Have somebody hiked in Sycamore Canyon recently? I would like to know if water is flowing in the creek?

Re: water situation in Sycamore Canyon
Hello. I am tentatively planning a backpacking trip down the Dogie trail (#116) at the beginning of April and am interested in availabilty of water in the area. Specifically, knowledge about pools in Sycamore creek near intersection with Dogie trail, pools or flow in Cedar creek upstream of Sycamore creek, pools in Sycamore creek or side canyon within about 0.5 mile of Taylor cabin site, stored water in containers in Taylor cabin? Also, would appreciate any feedback about how much shade to expect at campsites on the Cow Flat trail, to the east of the intersection with the Dogie trail.
