Reavis Ranch to Kennedy Ranch/Miles Trailhead
Interested to know if anyone has recently hiked from Reavis Ranch, up around Mound Mountain to connect with the Campaign Creek trail and then down to Kennedy Ranch. Seems like the trail into Reavis Ranch from SR88 is good and trail from Kennedy Ranch/Miles trailhead up to Campaign Creek trail is good....the bit in the middle is the unknown piece here.

@lanewinblade
Do you refer to the Fireline Trail? [ Fireline Trail #118 ] or maybe [ West Pinto Trail #212 - Superstitions ] ?

I took the question to mean Fireline. In which case, the trail is fine by Superstition standards. Though it's been two years since I hiked it.
If you're thinking of another trail, here's a map of the actual numbered trails (not unofficial routes that might exist). Click on each to open the description page and read the recent triplogs for each.

I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

Me as well... I became confused when Kennedy Ranch was thrown into the mix (thoughts went to West Pinto, then). Maybe the question refers to Reavis Gap and/or Tule coupled to West Pinto for a loop?

@lanewinblade
I have hiked/run the Fireline Trail, with my border collie, many times over the years and we were on it as recent as 4/2018. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trail to someone with little hiking experience. If they can get there, they've been properly vetted. If I remember correctly, the "trail" was carved by a bulldozer to create access for fighting a fire.
