Our last stop was the Bryan Museum. I've never seen so many ornate saddles; I wanted to try them all. The Bryan Museum houses one of the largest collections of historical artifacts, documents, and art related to Texas and the American West. Housed in the historic 1895 Galveston Orphans Home, the museum showcases 12,000 years of history, including Spanish colonial items, cowboy culture, rare firearms, and Native American artifacts.
