The flowers we saw as we walked around the Sacajawea Center Park. And yes, I was surprised at seeing California Poppies.

The colorful berries are Bittersweet Nightshade (Solanum dulcamara).
Toxicity: The entire plant is toxic to humans, pets, and livestock, containing compounds that can cause serious gastrointestinal issues and other severe symptoms.
Fruit Appearance: It produces clusters of berries that change color as they ripen, transitioning from green to yellow, then orange, and finally bright red.
Plant Structure: This plant is a climbing perennial vine or semi-woody shrub that often thrives near water , and the other berries are Bittersweet Nightshade.
