| | 5.10c | Sport | G | | | | | Another nemesis of mine... Last time couldn't even manage this on top rope. Got it though, (gulp) on lead! | | | We climbed at Jacks; camped, then hit Isolation, it was great! Finally, I got 2 really tough leads knocked out. You see, I would have loved to try them again on top rope but there was no one willing to lead them... except me. I mustered up the courage, grabbed a quick link and headed for the climb. I couldn't do either of them clean... I fell trying to figure them out! BUT I did it! It was SO scary to lead a climb that I couldn't even get drug up on top rope, just months earlier. I learned that I am more capable then I think I am, I just have to push past the fear and self doubt. Man, leading overhung routes scares the heck outa me! (BTW- I still cannot even do a real pull up)  |

I don't have a computer… Not because I'm against having one. Really just hasn't been a top priority on my gear list.
