| no partners | | Please Note: this is an old post from May! I had my daughter Madison so I wasn't up for carrying her the entire way. We hiked a while and found a great swimming/lunch spot. My friend Curtis shared the load, we also discovered that the clementine(oranges)made an adequate bug repellent for mosquitoes as the day grew late. Curtis had brought his camera; a digital SLR. Not only did he let he see it, he let me play around in the setting sun taking pictures and experimenting with the settings. I have never used a nice camera before this time. I may have vision, but have to take a class to learn execution techniques. I am lucky there are so many great photographers here on HAZ!! maybe I could pick you brains... (Settings AV vs TV, how to get good shadow exposure etc.) |

I am now attempting to navigate, post, reply (etc..) this site with only an iPhone… Wish me luck! |
