Seven days in Taos, NM, Carson NF-"Wheeler Peak Wilderness" at 9450+ ft and six planned hikes.

After arriving on 8/14pm from my PHX 1250ft elevation and no hiking for me over the past twenty-four days, Joe promised me a simple, get acquainted hike to the "TOP OF A LOCAL HILL" :lol:

Later, I learned his plan was to hike me into shape in NM for our next weeks adventures in higher elevation south central Buena Vista, Colorado area. His strategy worked! : rambo :

This is a highly recommended loop hike to the top of a local hill (at 12,711 feet).
