On our ride across the Tioga Pass, we stopped in the Tuolumne Meadow near the visitor center for a short walk. We meandered over to the Tuolumne River to try out the water. It was chilly but not horrible. The meadow had a handful of deer grazing off in the distance. It was a very peaceful area.
