Very windy on the trail today. Lots of butterflys and insects were being blown around. Startled a group of deer as I approached the false summit, also came across a gila monster that was taking its time to cross the trail and provided me with time to take pictures. Didnt realize there was a sign in log at the top, guess ill just have to do this hike again.
