Road FR708 from Strawberry to Fossil Creek is closed till April 15 2015 so access is via AZ260 and FR708 near Camp Verde. Fifteen miles of washboard and dust Parked at Waterfall parking lot and walked up the road past barriers a couple hundred yards to the TH. Trail is well maintained and very little garbage visible. Parking lot was full by noon, surprising considering the time of year and showers in forecast.
