| no partners | | | Nice hike with my friend Corinne. It was pretty hot today with temps hitting 101. Our water was going fast with the heat so we stopped short of the end. It was also a bit hazy from the smoke from the Slide Fire. The trail was slightly overgrown in spots, had it been cooler pants would have been a better choice. There's not a lot of shade on the trail but there was the occasional tree which was helpful to get out of the sun. There were some wild flowers along the way which were beautiful. |
