| no partners | | | The original plan was to hit Hobble Mountain and a few others but I somehow got the directions mixed up and we ended up here. We parked near Ebert Tank which was totally dry. BrunoP saw something and chased it. I'm guessing it was a jackrabbit but I never saw it but I did see one later and we also saw 7 pronghorns. It started out nice but got a little toasty even though it was in the 80's. Found something old and then something older...Oh and someone hated coleman gas canisters. I wonder if Navin R. Johnson was ever in the area. I wouldn't go out of my way to do this again but it was fun hoping fences and hangin with Bruno. |
