Parked at Mineral Road and 7th street, near the Mystery Castle. There's a decent amount of parking next to the road and a bunch of trailhead signs and such so I guess its a legitimate place to park. Central Ave was closed at the entry gate so there was no way to get to the official Holbert Trailhead by car. Was expecting to see more trail damage after yesterday's storm but everything looked ok. Just got a good rogering. No cars at the Dobbins lookout, which is usually busy in the evening. And jam-packed on Sundays. Saw a rattler on the way down.
