This hike exceeded my expectations. This forgotten old trail was in great shape, no wash outs, easy to follow, etc. Beautiful, lush forest, and flowing creeks, too. Awesome views from the 9655 overlook, I could have stayed there all day. A thoroughly enjoyable hike, I can't wait to go back. :)
