This adventure is a scramble up and down rocks out and back. It lies within the Desolation Wilderness off the Pyramid Creek Loop Trail off Hwy 50 in Twin Bridges, Ca. A permit is needed even for day hikes, but can be obtained on site. The falls are spectacular and provided a refreshing dip.
