This hike was scheduled for two weeks ago with some friends from work, but cold weather curtailed our plans. As luck would have it, this turned out to be a much better week to do it anyway, so we reconvened the group and off we went to the Falls.

The weather was perfect, the trail a bit muddy here and there but I'm sure it was 10 times better than those who were fortunate enough to see the falls earlier in the week when water was roaring off the mountain. The lot was a quarter full when we arrived at 8am and was full when we left a few hours later. There was a steady stream of people, dogs and horses on the trail today, a perfect day for it.

Still lots of water at the falls, but don't wait too long. Thanks, Kelley, Shauna and Sheri! It was a wonderful hike!
