Was initially thinking Massacre Falls but the Crosscut TH was packed so onto First Water as I figured we could find both water and solitude more easily by hiking up the West Fork First Water Creek. Very nice, peaceful hike, and saw no others once we departed the TH. Kelley was hoping to see some wildlife and we got lucky as we spooked up one white-tail deer along the way.
