The recent rains made this hike even more enjoyable, but more time was spent trying to stay dry. Many detours in and out of the creek trying to avoid the water causing encounters with catclaw. It was a good choice wearing long pants and a long shirt. All that effort was wasted as eventually we had to wade water to get thru. The water features were great.
