| no partners | | | We were in Flagstaff for the weekend and I was hoping to find some decent snow on which to cross-country ski. After enjoying a few turns at Aspen Corner, we drove up the 180. There's almost no snow left near highway 180, but we found some patches of snow on FR794. It worked out to ski for a little over a mile before the patches got too thin. The views of the peaks were great. Anytime spent on the skis is always worth the effort, no matter how short the trek! |
