| no partners | | | The Russians and I decided on our second day that it was too cold to do a wet canyon. As a compromise they agreed to do longer rappels. So our guide took us to a canyon he discovered. It was an easy drainage with a few rappels. I led most of them but the last one the Russian guy went first. He was absolutely scared even though he was on belay. We ended in a shelter cave and then did a via Ferrara traverse to the main Peorena canyon floor. We rocked hopped over to a fabulous lunch spot then hiked our way out. |
