| no partners | | Glad I found this little hike, because it's close to where I'm spending the summer. After posting the GPS route, I looked at it on satellite mode. So I can now see where all the little haul roads go, some of which I can probably also hike, if the cattle have kept them open. Otherwise, blackberry vines and other runaway vegetation quickly overtake everything.
I still have that ache in my foot, seems to be metatarsal bone. It's been one year since I first noticed it on Bill Williams Mountain. The ache comes and goes. I now have wonderful Oregon Health Plan (yay, Oregon!) and hope to soon find out what exactly it is. Mostly I ride my bikes and paddle my kayak. And I grow vegetables--LOTS of them. (I may post a photo essay of my vegetable growing adventure.) |
