| no partners | | Blake and I were thrilled to see so many dwellings (one with multiple rooms) at one site. We thought the builders chose a great location. We could see Picketpost, Weaver's Needle and deep into the Superstitions. Water would likely present a bit of a challenge living up there, though, as Queen Creek is about an hour's walk, round-trip, from the site.
At the very summit there was a register as well as two heavy, square mirrors (maybe 14 inches on each side). Have no idea what they're doing up there. Pretty sure the original home-owners didn't have the technology to make glass.... |
