This trail is tough to beat, just like the description says, a lot of bang for your buck from start to finish. My curiosity got the best of me and I made a few scrambles to check out some caves along the trail. I did find one dwelling, with what appeared to be more recently stacked rock, but a couple of nice manos. There were a few people on the trail, but nowhere near the crowds we thought we might encounter on a Sunday during spring break for so many. This trail is a dog's paradise.
