| partners | | | I didn't like this hike for backpacking and wouldn't recommend it. The trail is pretty steep and rocky, and there is little to no shade. If you take this hike make sure you take plenty of water because there is very little after the romero pools at about mile 2. We hiked 5 miles up the canyon, made camp, and then hiked down the next day. The sonoran desert surroundings were beautiful but not what we were looking for. |
