| no partners | | | Beautiful secluded lake that is accessed from the Bennett Pass 4x4 route. The trailhead is unmarked and its not until you are a couple hundred yards down trail that you pass an old sign indicating you are in the Badger Creek Wilderness. Fish were jumping in the lake and I hooked a brook trout close to shore, but it got away. Still a couple of snow fields along the trail and lots of puddles from snowmelt. |
