| no partners | | Stopped along our way to Wenatchee to hike up about 5 miles along Ingalls creek and then turned around. Still some good fall colors out there and the temp was just about right -- not hot and not cold -- perfect fall hiking weather. Compared to our last hike in Mt. Rainier National Park, we saw a lot less traffic on this hike. Maybe 15-20 people over the course of our 4 hour hike so we were able to get some solitude out on the trail. Saw lots of great camping sites along the creek so we might have to come back and do that. Beautiful clear water and nice fall colors! |
