| no partners | | | Visiting some family found a couple of hours to go for trail run. I needed something close by so the Hilochee Wildlife Management Area was only 15 minutes away. Not the most exciting area for hiking but the trail running was great. Flat sandy two track to run on with a couple of lakes for scenery. Looks like popular fishing area with signs all over for anglers. As is typical for Florida had a short but torrential downpour on the last mile of the run. Wish I had more time to check other state parks and wildlife management areas because there are quite a few in this part of central Florida. |
