| no partners | | Therapeutic walk- Took short walk today to make sure my back that I tweaked last week was into hiking. It was great, no problems. I think just being in the outdoors was remedy enough. Started at East end of National from Pima trailhead. Didn't want to over do it but stretching felt great. Not many people out early on a Sunday but as I was heading back lots of hikers heading in. It was great to be outdoors after a brief layoff. But then again aren’t all hikes therapeutic??  |
