| no partners | | | Spent Christmas out in Ventura with family. Got away from family time for a morning hike with the kid. The way up was brutal... according to the kid. We reached a saddle and I decided we should go check out La Jolla Valley. Dropped down into the valley, made a couple of muddy stream crossings, and headed back up around the backside of Mugu Peak. Climbed up for some great views of the ocean, then back down for a knee-destroying descent. |
