| partners | | | Great car camp spot for a last minute change of plans due to Backbone Fire. We went down Gentry Canyon and crossed over to O'Haco tower. Then dropped down to Knoll Lake which was very low. Still nice to see the lake and a few thunderheads were around at the end but only a few sprinkles. Of course the Backbone Fire was producing smoke and ash drifting into our camp but fortunately when we got signal back learned that Pine and Strawberry had been sparred and some decent progress was made securing fire lines. |
