| partners | | | This is a redo of Delicate Arch since Ginny didn't get to see it the first Time. We started later in the day which put us at the arch around sunset, perfect time. It was more crowded than the first time I was up here. I will have to come up here some time during spring when the La Sal Mountains are capped in snow and the visibility crystal clear. Great hike and worth it in spite of the crowded conditions. There are a lot of side canyons to explore but not sure of the policy on off trail. I heard they discourage it but it can be done. Probably the more visited areas would be best to stay on trail because of the overuse. My disclaimer is that I'm not saying you can go off trail. |
