It's slightly cooler out this morning, but I'm still finding snakes out. I found the coachwhip and the one gopher snake in the same area. I tried to photograph them both together, but the coachwhip was not cooperating. I also found a mating pair of scorpions in the grass, which was nice to see and a plethora of small sun spiders. A few spadefoots and river toads were still out but in fewer numbers.

At the end, I heard some guy yelling at someone (or something), and he would not stop. I think he was homeless, but I didn't see him. He was away from the houses. I don't know how anybody can wake up with that much anger. It was such a nice morning, but some people have so much agitation that they cannot enjoy life. Or perhaps he was upset because he didn't see any snakes. Who knows? Young snakes are still out. Adults were not out today.
