| no partners | | Extended the original more-or-less "approved" route, that is, the one on established trails, by going up a wash near my house; up the ridge of the mountain; connecting to the trail at the large cairn on top at the end of a spur trail' National, to the descent on an historic or "legacy" trail near Lost Ranch ruins, back along what I assume is an extension of the Desert Classic, the wash and over the back fence.
The desert is growing from the recent rains and turning green, which makes the old trails a little more visible. I don't believe I was the only HAZ member on the trail today, someone scratched HAZ in the trail. I posted a photo of it in "personal album," don't know how if it is linked to these reports. I see Grasshopper has owned up to this  It's a small world. |
