Had to go check out this winter's epic snowfall. Parked at Silver Lake dam and cross-country'd over to the (completely buried and invisible) trail. It had been a couple weeks since the last storm and it has started to warm a bit lately so the snow was dense and heavy, but my steps didn't sink too deep. Gorgeous day, good reminder that snowshoeing is worth the hard work.
