Excellent hike on a smazy then overcast then stormy day. From the summit dropped off SW and down to the JMT then back up and past Sunrise Lakes for a solid lasso. Big early afternoon thunderstorm directly overhead, then more rain for the last mile.

Can't believe a reservation is required just to drive into the park in the summer now. So I drove thru the entrance station well before the 6am deadline and since it was after 6pm when I exited there was no way for me to pay the $35 fee, oh darn.
