| no partners | | My seemingly never-ending health issues now include a small tear in my medial meniscus. The docs and PT folks have been encouraging me to walk/hike on flat and easy trails for now. So, I opted for the flattest and easiest trails near my house - Usery Park.
I did ok for my first hike since my injury. No land speed records, but I wasn’t limping along like I had been.
Cloudless skies made for less that stellar photo conditions, but I did get lucky and found a low hanging saguaro arm loaded with blooms. That’s always a treat.
Lots of bikers, runners and hikers out. The weather was nice and I finished up early. A quick loop along the prescribed flat and easy trails I needed. |
