| no partners | | | A group of us headed into the bay to look for wildlife. I'm not a huge fan of pushing through kelp forests, but that's where the otters hang out so that was a required highlight. After seeing a few seals pop their heads up we headed out to a buoy in the bay where a colony of sea lions were sunning themselves and being boisterous. The weather was unusually sunny and warm, with temps heating up into the upper 60s. It's the wrong time of year for regular whale visits in the bay so we missed out on that treat on this trip. |
