| no partners | | | Went to Granville campground after working in Morenci to hit the Pinal Trail for a quick hike, but there was no place to park due to a FS project in progress. So I drove up the road to check out the Spur Cross Trail #8. This trail did not disappoint. Although I only made it to Wood Canyon, just a mile west of the Coronado Trail, this hike had a wild, remote feel to it. I saw what I could only guess was once an agave roasting pit along the way. Bring plenty of water and a topo map for this one. Route Finding: 3 |
