| no partners | | | After driving past this canyon a million times, I decided I had to check it out (I had nothing better to do on a Thursday evening). Better than I expected, I'll say. Colorful rock, unusual formations, a couple of small (dry) waterfalls, and a mine. Five inch diameter cougar tracks kept me constantly scanning my surroundings as dusk fell. I only had time for a short hike, so I will return to explore the rest of the canyon later. |
