| no partners | | There's not much to add here that I didn't put in the hike description...but...Does this mountainous area north of Clifton/Morenci, but WAY south of the White Mountains have a name? The San Francisco Mountains? The Generic Mountains? Does anyone have an answer to this?
My original plan was to do the Pinal Trail again. "No, I'm gonna do the Granville Trail." Off I went to Granville campground again, on a beautiful spring afternoon, having finished working in Morenci. Reaching the highpoint on the Granville Trail, plans changed again. "Screw it. I'm gonna do this as a loop." And I did. Took a little longer than I'd planned, but it was a great hike. This was a very welcome escape! |
