Took a day off work mid-week to do Bell, hoping to avoid most of the crowds. Was definitely better, although there still was plenty of "crack" showing at the Crack...I'll just put it that way.

Went beyond Beaver Creek but didn't make it all the way to the Rim...spent too much time playing in the creek and ran out of time.

On the way back out that afternoon, I watched the monsoons build up to the south and west.
