A beautiful hotel. Jenaya brought us here to see the museum part of the hotel. It is being renovated as well. It was fun to see all the royal portraits.

Courtyard King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. UL The Mahoe is a 40-foot koa outrigger canoe built for the Kai Opua Canoe Club. It's displayed off the lobby of the King Kamehameha Hotel in Hawaii.The canoe is significant not only for its size and construction from a single koa log by a Tahitian crew but also for its historical dominance in races, leading to its retirement.

There are also portraits of Hawaiian royalty, displays of domestic and agricultural artifacts, and much more.
