I drove up a day earlier than GH to secure a campsite. While waiting for him to arrive on Wednesday I went on a 7 mile hike to look for Indian ruins on top of a high peak. There were no significant ruins on top but along the south side there were ruins that probably had around 8 rooms. This is part of a once massive defensive wall.
