Wowsza! My Rebel couldn't get close to getting this good of a shot as my phone camera. The clouds would part from time to time but not for long. My video [ youtube video ] includes movies of the ducks and beaver etc

The lake is next to Solitude Ski Resort and has a great Visitor Center. This photo is looking to the northwest toward what I think is Scott Hill area. Clayton (Majestic) Peak is to the right out of photo. I believe this is part of the Central Wasatch Range. The lake is stocked every other week with brook and rainbow trout.
