| no partners | | The most notable aspect of this trip was traversing the snow field on the eastern slope of Agassiz peak -- which was an unexpected obstacle since a desert rat like me would expect the snow to be all but gone by mid-late June. Nonetheless, I hiked across this steep snowy patch, moving slowly and deliberately since I was poorly equipped for this undertaking. |
