Joined up with a high school friend of mine and his sons. We really enjoyed East Baldy. It was a cool morning with a crisp wind blowing. Temps were down which was good for us. Lots of deadfalls on the East. So many that it was more of an obstacle course than a trail. Came up in the saddle between the peaks. Did not ascend Sacred Baldy but did climb the higher Baldy North. Took pictures and had lunch at the top. Still plenty of snow fields to traverse/avoid or even play on.

Hiked down West Baldy, Much less interesting than East. Did enjoy crossing the Little Colorado and its stream and meadow were quite nice. Should have parked at Sheep's Crossing because I did not like ascending back up to the West TH. after 16 miles.
