Babe Haught Trail - Hatchery to Knoll Lake

Hit the trail a couple of minutes before 8AM. Temps were perfect all day and the lake absolutely beautiful. We found hiking the east side of the lake a lot easier than the west side. Joe kind of hugged the bottom path on the west side while I hit the higher trail which was a lot easier to navigate.

We expected to get baked in full exposure on the down trip of the Babe Haught trail, but pleasantly surprised that we ended up with plenty of shaded segments on the way back.
