Paid the current fees an did "Lower" Antelope, which is down stream from Upper and closer to Powell. It is run by the Navajo Nation completely separate from Upper. While you are there you may as well cross the street and hit Upper - more fees. Both canyons are incredible. Time it as close to the middle of the day as possible for good overhead lighting.
