I led this hike for the Sierra Club. We did the loop, starting at Maxwell Tank and coming out of WCC at Maxwell Trail. We then walked the 3 miles back to the trucks. I had a pretty fast group and we completed the hike in 7 hours. The water, especially the first few pools which are swimmers, was rather cold and wetsuits would be recommended unless you use a tube. Beautiful canyon with a great group!
