| partners | | As usual we had more than enough planned for our second full day in Colorado but at least we started off with something easy... a leisurely drive up Camp Bird Road on the way to Yankee Boy Basin. The sky was a bit hazy due to smoke from fires in WA, OR, UT and CO, but the views were still great.
We skipped by the Camp Bird Mine area since some mining is still going on and most of it is private property. But no matter, we have plenty of things to fill our day.
